From the embryonic stage to the successful implementation stage, which includes development, maintenance, testing and all related ancillary services, the Company enables clients with robust, scalable and lasting solutions. Since its inception in 2012, DRC Systems has focused on innovation &#038; creativity to lead the change and augment robust growth, scalability and lasting solutions for its clients. Some of the marquee clients include Wipro Foundation, the Indian Institute of Management \u2013 Bangalore (IIM-B), Airports Authority of India, Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation Ltd, King Khalid University, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Favre Leuba, IIK, HongKong based Allways, etc The Company\u2019s customer base is spread across geographies and majorly to Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to the approval of Composite Scheme of Arrangement from The National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated November 27, 2020, Infibeam Avenues Ltd demerged its Theme Park &#038; Event business to DRC Systems.
