Recorded 188% YoY growth in Revenue to INR 636 Lakhs and 170% YoY growth in EBITDA to INR 131 Lakhs in Q4 FY21

Standalone Highlights – Quarter Ended March 31st, 2021 (INR Lakhs)

• Revenue was INR 636 Lakhs, up by 188% YoY; up by 32% QoQ
• EBITDA was INR 131 Lakhs, up 170% YoY; up by 769% QoQ
• EBITDA margin was 21%, up 124% YoY; up by 607% QoQ
• Profit After Tax was INR 62 Lakhs, up 131%, YoY; up by 250% QoQ

Standalone Highlights – Fiscal Year End March 31st, 2021 (INR Lakhs)

• Revenue was INR 2,060 Lakhs, up 69%, YoY
• EBITDA was INR 165 Lakhs, up 100% YoY
• EBITDA margin was 8%, up 18% YoY

During the quarter, the Company demonstrated strong financial performance, largely driven by significant increases in digital adoption and consumption. Improved operational efficiency resulted in higher margins, positively impacting revenue and profit.

Key Business and Operational Highlights

• Acquisition of 100% shareholding in Mugenesys Software Private Limited. The Board of Directors of the Company has approved acquisition of 100% shareholding of Mugenesys Software Private Limited and consequently it would become a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company. Mugenesys Software Private Limited is a profitable company and offers customized software and IT solutions to global clientele.
